We specialize in premium real estate investments, wealth advisory, and international clients, connecting opportunities between the UAE, Europe, and Latin America. As part of our global expansion strategy, we are looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to lead and scale our marketing and growth function. The opportunity We are seeking a high-performance, results-driven professional with strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability. This is not a traditional corporate role. We need someone capable of building and executing modern growth systems powered by AI and focused on measurable business results. The ideal candidate must be experienced in: Digital customer acquisition Paid media advertising SEO Marketing automation Email marketing Growth marketing systems PR and communications Branding and positioning Lead generation and conversion optimization The role starts fully remote from Colombia, with full willingness and contractual readiness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates if required in the future. Key responsibilities Growth strategy & leadership Define and execute the global marketing and growth strategy Build scalable customer acquisition and lead generation systems Manage key KPIs including CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality Coordinate international campaigns across UAE, Europe, and Latin America Paid media & performance marketing Full ownership of paid advertising campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) Google Ads LinkedIn Ads TikTok Ads YouTube Ads Responsibilities include: Campaign setup and management Continuous optimization A/B testing and scaling Retargeting strategies Audience segmentation Landing page optimization Budget allocation Performance reporting AI-driven marketing Strong hands-on experience with AI marketing tools is essential. Tools may include: ChatGPT Claude Midjourney AI image and video generation tools Automation platforms Responsibilities: AI-generated ad creatives and copywriting Creation of marketing hooks, scripts, and campaigns Automation of repetitive marketing tasks Productivity optimization using AI tools SEO & organic growth Lead all organic growth and SEO strategy: Technical SEO On-page SEO Keyword research and content strategy Backlink strategy Website conversion optimization Coordination with developers or technical teams when required. Email marketing & CRM automation Manage email marketing and CRM automation systems: Lead nurturing sequences Drip campaigns Newsletter strategy Conversion-focused campaigns Lead reactivation CRM segmentation Funnel automation PR & communications Lead corporate communications and public relations strategy: Press release coordination Media relationships Interviews and media exposure Brand positioning Corporate reputation management Brand leadership Ensure consistent premium positioning across all channels: Corporate websites Social media Advertising campaigns Sales materials Corporate presentations International campaigns Required experience Minimum requirements: 5+ years in digital marketing / performance marketing 3+ years leading teams or growth strategy Proven experience in: Meta Ads Google Ads SEO Email marketing and automation Growth marketing AI-driven marketing PR and communications Real estate experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
