Requirements and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: - Train freshers and newly joined employees in Data Analytics concepts and tools. - Conduct online/offline technical training sessions. - Develop training materials, assignments, case studies, and assessments. - Teach Advanced Excel. - Teach SQL & Database Concepts. - Teach Power BI / Tableau. - Teach Data Cleaning & Transformation. - Teach Data Visualization Techniques. - Teach Python Basics for Analytics. - Teach Business Intelligence Reporting. - Provide hands-on practical sessions using real-time datasets. - Evaluate trainee performance through tests and assignments. - Guide employees on industry best practices and project workflows. - Assist trainees in preparing dashboards and analytical reports. - Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation. - Collaborate with HR and technical teams for training schedules. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Data Analytics concepts. - Excellent command over SQL and Excel. - Experience with Power BI or Tableau. - Good understanding of Python for Data Analysis. - Knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners. - Experience in conducting corporate or academic training sessions. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. - Certification in Data Analytics / Power BI / Tableau is a plus. - Prior experience as a trainer or mentor preferred.
