About the roleColumn Five is looking to hire a Part-Time or Freelance Production Designer from the LATAM region who knows how to effectively conceptualize, iterate, and execute high quality design work. Column Five is a B2B content marketing agency that helps SaaS and AI brands find their unique POV—then amplify it for human audiences and LLMs.As a B2B Brand Marketing Production designer, you provide valuable skills to the agency and our clients. These duties include fulfilling ongoing design edit requests, taking on projects with tight turnaround times, and assisting Senior Designers, Art Directors and Producers who are assigned to our client accounts.Production Designers work on an array of content marketing and brand deliverables such as landing pages, paid social posts, webinar/event content, branded swag, sales collateral decks, case studies, product one-pagers, e-books, blog post headers, newsletter and email graphics.All of our creatives need to be efficient, extremely flexible, and have a keen eye for attention to detail. Organization and ability to maintain a clean, consistent and effective workflow are crucial to working at Column Five on the Creative team.Production Designer RequirementsMust have a strong portfolio that includes B2B, SaaS, tech company marketing design work.Work independently to solve problems and collaborate on your design work and the work of others.Strong typography, hierarchy, and layout skills (must).Tooling: Figma (must), Adobe (must), Webflow (nice).Interactive and motion design experience (bonus).Education and professional experience working as a graphic designer.Solid communication skills with team members and clients; initiative and self-starter attitude (must).Flexibility to work under reasonable deadlines (the one constant is change!).Lead and champion good design practices for attention to detail, file prep, design handoff, and quality assurance.Participate in written and verbal client and internal conversations on design thinking and execution; be a champion to good design, not just your ideas.Required: fluency in English; available to zoom within time zones of PST thru EST; comfortable communicating via Slack, Figma comments, Google docs, and verbally on Zoom.Job perksCompetitive pay rates in USD, per project and potential for retainer.Paid trials; project briefs up front; very team-oriented planning.17 years as an agency; remote-first company; open to a global talent pool.A fun, engaged, and inclusive team who want to know you.LocationWe are a distributed- or remote-first company.
