Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IT Compliance Analyst to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in IT security, compliance frameworks, risk management, and cloud security controls, we'd love to connect with you!Key ResponsibilitiesManage and assess supplier, application, and security risks across enterprise environmentsMonitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and system logsCollaborate with development and business teams to integrate security controls into applications and processesSupport business continuity, quality assurance, and security operations initiativesDrive compliance through policies, procedures, workflow enforcement, and access management controlsConduct security reviews and assessments during cloud migrations and application implementationsWork closely with vendors to identify and remediate security concernsRequired Skills3–5 years of IT Security and Compliance experienceStrong knowledge of Supplier Risk Management, Application Risk Management, and Business Continuity AssuranceExperience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security, and DLP solutionsUnderstanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Need-to-Know audit principlesKnowledge of compliance requirements, security controls, and enterprise governance frameworksFamiliarity with financial processes and reporting environmentsStrong documentation and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience with ERP cloud migrations or cloud application implementationsCCSP, CISSP, or similar cloud security certificationsKnowledge of OWASP ASVS and application security validation practicesUnderstanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologiesExperience developing business cases, project charters, test plans, and transition plans🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
