You’ll build trust in minutes, qualify cases, and ensure every eligible client signs quickly and seamlessly. This 24/7 team is the front line of Finch’s client experience.You Will:Answer inbound calls with empathy and professionalism.Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria.Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers.Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information.With your teammates, maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner.Your Team: Legal OperationsLegal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care.
