You'll be supporting sales activities in the US, APAC, and EMEA as we accelerate towards our revenue objectives. What is a day in the life of Inside Sales?Qualify prospect accounts in partnership with Enterprise Named Account Manager(s)Find and engage primary points of contact for Pattern 3P, Fulfillment, and PXM solutions.Assist with and progress deals for all three solutions through the sales funnelResearch ecommerce categories and identify high-growth brands/products to trade on US marketplace platformsResearch relevant stakeholders and identify value propositionsNetwork via LinkedIn and offline to build relationships and organize meetingsSet appointments with enterprise accountsCraft value-driven messages specific to enterprise accounts' current pain points and needsWork closely with enterprise sales reps on enterprise sales plans and targetsInbound outreach with compelling messages through phone & emailWork closely with the enterprise account-based marketing team to penetrate and set appointments with enterprise accountsRequired QualificationsFluent in English and MandarinBachelor's degree in Business or related fieldTrack record of hitting quotaExperience in phone sales and qualifying leadsExcellent written and communication skillsCreative thinker and problem solverHighly organized and disciplinedProficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPointPreferred QualificationsExperience with Salesforce CRMPrevious exposure to Marketplaces, specifically (but not limited to) AmazonInternational experienceExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and OutreachProficiency in additional languages is a bonusWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
