Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer with strong expertise in backend development, Kubernetes, and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable backend services, managing containerized deployments, and supporting production-grade systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend servicesBuild and maintain APIs and integrations supporting ML/computer vision workflowsDeploy and manage applications in Kubernetes/containerized environmentsTroubleshoot production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecksContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationMonitor system reliability, logging, and telemetry toolsCollaborate with ML engineers, annotation teams, and operations teamsParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design reviewsRequired Skills:Strong backend development experience with PythonExperience with React.js for frontend integrationHands-on experience with Kubernetes and DockerStrong debugging and troubleshooting skillsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationKnowledge of distributed systems and microservices architectureFamiliarity with cloud-native development practicesPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting ML or computer vision platformsExposure to MLOps workflows and model deployment pipelinesExperience working in high-availability production environmentsStrong communication and collaboration skills
