Please noteThis is a remote position, but it requires the candidate to be based in Brazil.What you'll actually be doing:We're a Portugal-based company growing internationally, and we're looking for a Talent Manager based in Brazil to help us scale our hiring with strong knowledge of the Brazilian tech talent market. You'll own end-to-end tech recruitment processes, supporting international hiring needs across Europe and beyond, while leveraging your local market expertise to identify, attract, and engage top talent. This role combines global exposure with local expertise.Your day-to-day:Own your recruitment processes - from sourcing tech talent to final candidate presentation to Business ManagersUse AI to work smarter - tools that help you match candidates faster, manage interview insights, and keep your pipeline constantly filledWork directly with Business Managers - align on client needs, present candidates, manage feedback, adjust approachSource actively - find talent where others aren't looking (AI-assisted, not just posting jobs and waiting)Prepare strong candidate presentations - BMs need to trust your shortlists when they go to clientOptimize as you go - spot patterns in what works, adjust your approach, improve conversion ratesManage multiple processes - typically 5-10 active roles across different tech stacks and seniority levelsWhat we're looking for in you:Essential:2–4 years in Talent Acquisition (ideally tech-focused, but strong generalist recruiters with interest in tech are welcome)Strong knowledge of the Brazilian tech talent marketDegree in Psychology, HR, Management, Business, or related fieldHands-on experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn RecruiterFluent English - you'll work with Business Managers who serve international clientMore important than anything:You're excited about using AI tools - not intimidated by them, but eager to leverage technology to improve your workYou know how to evaluate talent - AI can help surface candidates, but you make the judgment callYou understand the business side - each candidate you present impacts hiring decisions and client relationshipYou think strategically - about candidate positioning, hiring priorities, and timingYou learn from feedback - spot patterns in what BMs say and continuously improve your approachWhat you can expect from us:AI-powered recruitment stack - tools that help you match candidates faster, manage interview notes, and keep pipeline flowingReal autonomy - you own your processes, your pipeline, and your relationships with Business ManagerInternational context - support recruitment for clients across Europe and beyond, diverse tech stacks and business contextsBe at the forefront - learn how to combine AI efficiency with human judgment in recruitmentContinuous improvement culture - we actually want your input on what's broken and how to fix itProper tools and support - ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and mentorship from people who've closed thousands of hiresCompetitive salary + performance incentives - your results directly impact your earningsRemote flexibility - work from anywhere in PortugalSelection Process:Phase 1 - 1 minute VideoPhase 2 - Practical Exercise (Real scenario)Phase 3 - Careers Team InterviewPhase 4 - Final Interview with Head of Business, for final validation and hiring decision.Why this role?Because this is more than just a recruitment role — it's an opportunity to combine your deep knowledge of the Brazilian market with a growing international environment.
