We are looking for a proactive and technically strong SAP Application Support Engineer to join our support team and ensure smooth, stable, and efficient SAP application and system operations across enterprise environments.If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy resolving real-time production issues across both SAP ABAP and SAP Basis landscapes, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 / L3 support for SAP ABAP applications and SAP Basis environmentsMonitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelinesDebug ABAP programs and troubleshoot production issues efficientlyAnalyze dumps, background job failures, interface issues, and performance bottlenecksSupport transport management, user administration, system monitoring, and system health checksTroubleshoot issues related to SAP application servers, databases, connectivity, and system integrationsCollaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure system stability and business continuitySupport continuous improvement of application support processes and system reliabilityRequired SkillsStrong experience in SAP ABAP and SAP Basis support environmentsHands-on expertise in ABAP debugging, troubleshooting, and production supportExperience with Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, BAPIs, BADIs, and SAP integration technologiesKnowledge of SAP Basis administration including TMS, user management, system monitoring, and performance tuningGood understanding of SAP architecture, NetWeaver, databases, and SAP landscapesGood to HaveKnowledge of ITIL support processes and incident managementExposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA environmentsExperience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Solution Manager and Focused RunUnderstanding of cloud-based SAP environments and integration technologiescareers@prodigyhrm.com
