Reactivation Specialist.
Location:
- Remote.
Commitment:
- Minimum 10 hours per week.
- Full-time availability (30–40+ hours per week) preferred.
Compensation:
- Performance-Based Commission Only.
About VA Audits:
- VA Audits works with Virtual Assistant agencies to identify, understand, and recover clients who have previously canceled or discontinued service.
- Our mission is to help businesses find better staffing solutions while helping quality agencies improve retention and client success.
- Rather than taking a transactional sales approach, we act as a trusted third party within the industry.
- We uncover the real reasons relationships failed, help clients identify what they actually need, and guide them toward the best solution.
The Opportunity:
- We are seeking ambitious, highly motivated Reactivation Specialists to engage former clients who have canceled virtual assistant services and help them find a successful path forward.
- This is not a traditional appointment-setting role.
- It is a consultative sales position that combines discovery, problem-solving, relationship building, and closing skills.
- You will work with leads that have already expressed interest, responded to outreach, completed questionnaires, or otherwise engaged with our automated reactivation campaigns.
- Your role is to uncover what went wrong, identify whether the issue can be solved, and help guide the client toward the best available solution.
- In many cases, that means reconnecting the client with their original agency.
- In others, it may involve helping them find a better fit through one of our partner organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Contact former clients through phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand why prior virtual assistant relationships ended.
- Identify obstacles, objections, and root causes behind client churn.
- Educate prospects on potential solutions and best practices.
- Consult clients toward the most appropriate staffing solution.
- Facilitate reactivation opportunities with partner agencies.
- Follow up consistently and professionally throughout the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate records and notes within company systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve scripts, processes, and client outcomes.
- Contribute ideas and feedback in a fast-moving startup environment.
Who Will Thrive In This Role:
- Former appointment setters looking to earn more through performance.
- Closers who enjoy consultative conversations rather than hard selling.
- Recruiters, account managers, or customer success professionals with strong people skills.
- Entrepreneurs and self-starters who prefer autonomy over micromanagement.
- Individuals comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly with prospects.
- Confidence handling objections and difficult conversations.
- Strong follow-up habits and personal accountability.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes.
What We Value:
- We care far more about talent, drive, and results than resumes or credentials.
- Our best candidates are resourceful, coachable, competitive, and genuinely interested in helping people solve problems.
- If you have strong sales instincts, thrive in conversations, and enjoy turning lost opportunities into success stories, we want to speak with you.
Why Join VA Audits?:
- Unlimited earning potential.
- Flexible schedule.
- Remote work from anywhere in the world.
- Opportunity to help shape a growing company.
- Access to warm opportunities rather than cold prospecting.
- Direct impact on company growth and client success.
- A startup culture where exceptional talent is recognized and rewarded.
- If you are looking for a role where your communication skills, consultative approach, and ability to close can directly influence your income, we would love to hear from you.
