Get to know, following our template: What do they want, where, when, for how much, type of role, blockers, etc. When you are done with the interview, optimize their CV using our EnhanCV account and send it to them.2: Send them jobs based on their location and preferences that you find on linkedin or indeed or others3: Before they apply, help them write their motivation for the role, use ChatGPT for this.
