You will be responsible for creating clarity, protecting time, and ensuring the CEO is consistently focused on the highest-value work.This role is best suited for someone who operates with precision, discretion, and strong business judgment and can anticipate needs before they're spoken and executed without friction.What You'll OwnTime Architecture (Not Calendar Management)You will design and manage the CEO's time with intention, prioritizing what matters, eliminating noise, and ensuring days are structured for impact.Communication Command CenterYou will manage inbox and communication flow, surfacing what requires attention, drafting responses, and maintaining momentum across conversations.Travel & Logistics (End-to-End Ownership)You will plan and execute all travel with precision, anticipating needs, building detailed itineraries, and ensuring a seamless experience.Execution & Follow-ThroughYou will track priorities, drive follow-ups, and ensure commitments are met across the organization.
