Copy / Script Supervisor: AI + Marketing · Content Function.
Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting & Content Strategy:
- Lead the creation of high-quality copy across all formats: property brochures, digital ads, social media, email campaigns, website pages, press releases, and investor materials.
- Develop and maintain the Client’s Global brand voice and tone-of-voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across all markets and entities (DG, DAAR, DGCP).
- Translate complex property developments and financial propositions into compelling, accessible narratives for diverse international audiences.
- Oversee localisation and cultural adaptation of content for KSA, Qatar, Oman, UK, Spain, and USA markets in collaboration with regional teams.
Script Development & Supervision:
- Write, edit, and approve scripts for video productions, virtual property tours, campaign films, social reels, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with the Video Director on creative briefs, storyboards, and production schedules to ensure scripts are production-ready and on-brand.
- Review and approve all scripted content before shoot, ensuring accuracy of property specifications, pricing, and legal compliance.
- Direct voice-over talent and on-camera presenters during production, providing real-time script guidance and creative direction.
AI-Augmented Content Production:
- Champion the use of AI tools within the Content team.
- Collaborate with Agent Operators on AI-generated content pipelines, reviewing output for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment before publication.
Editorial Oversight & Quality Control:
- Act as the final editorial gatekeeper before content is submitted to the Head of Content or released externally.
- Establish and maintain content governance standards, including approval workflows, version control, and content calendars.
- Conduct regular copy audits across digital touchpoints to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
- Ensure all content is compliant with local advertising regulations across all operating markets.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with the Media Activation / Paid Media team to develop copy tailored to specific paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic).
- Work with the Social Channels Management team to create platform-specific scripts and captions aligned with organic content strategies.
- Support Lead Generation & Management with persuasive copy for CRM campaigns, landing pages, and pipeline nurture content.
- Brief and manage freelance copywriters and translators where required.
Person Specification:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of copywriting and/or script-writing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Demonstrable portfolio of high-end brand copy — luxury real estate, hospitality, financial services, or equivalent premium sectors strongly preferred.
- Proven experience writing and supervising scripts for video productions (corporate, property, social).
- Hands-on experience working with AI writing and content tools in a professional context.
- Excellent command of written Arabic; additional English proficiency is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional storytelling ability with a meticulous eye for detail, grammar, and brand voice.
- Strong visual literacy — able to write for the screen and collaborate effectively with creative and production teams.
- Commercial acumen: understanding of how content drives enquiries, conversions, and brand equity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Proficiency with content management systems, project management tools, and creative collaboration platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana, Frame.io).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital content best practices.
- A curious, AI-forward mindset — comfortable experimenting with and evaluating new tools.
Desirable:
- Experience working within a developer or real estate brand, ideally with international project exposure.
- Knowledge of MENA cultural nuances and content sensitivities.
- Experience directing voice-over artists or on-camera talent.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how copy influences them.
