This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving closing performance, increasing subscription sales, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach and develop sales representatives, track performance through key metrics, and foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
