We’re Hiring: D365 Customer Success Engineer | Remote | W2We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Success Engineer to support customer engagements focused on improving the health, performance, and success of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. This role is ideal for a professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, along with strong consulting, assessment, and customer communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform implementations across architecture, configuration, integrations, and environment setup.Conduct technical analysis of Dynamics 365 apps, Dataverse structures, and application configurations.Identify risks, blockers, misconfigurations, and performance issues across customizations, integrations, data models, and overall environment health.Review and strengthen solution quality by providing best-practice guidance and implementation feedback.Deliver customer-facing documentation with assessment findings, environment reviews, and recommended next steps.Required Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience with: Dynamics 365 SalesDynamics 365 Customer ServiceDynamics 365 Field ServiceDataversePower AppsPower AutomatePower Platform Admin CenterExperience in business continuity planning, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments.Strong communication and documentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or SOC 2 Type II.Experience with Application Lifecycle Management for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.Certifications RequiredPL-7003 or relevant experienceMB-910 or relevant experienceMB-280 or MB-240 or relevant experiencePreferred: PL-200 or relevant experienceRole Type: W2Location: RemoteVisa: IndependentIf interested, please share your updated resume at muralik@dwlabs.com.
