We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role below:Role: Executive Assistant/Operations SupportMonthly Rate: $750Availability: Part-time 20 - hours/weekTime Zone: 10 AM Pacific timeRequirementsExperience Needed:Responsibilities:Capture leads from all channels and enter them into Stageforce/CRM so no leads are lostOrganize and categorize inbound leads inside the CRMRespond to new leads quickly, ideally same day or next day, to keep them warm in a fast-moving real estate environmentCall or follow up with leads after form submissions to gather missing details and make the first point of contactQualify and filter leads so Dani only spends time on stronger-fit prospectsCreate soft proposals in Canva using Dani’s existing template and criteriaSend proposals and manage follow-up communication after proposals go outTrack accepted proposals and support next steps once clients sign and payHandle contract renewal outreach for staged homes coming up on end dates, including checking whether to send an extension invoice or schedule destaging pickupSupport basic invoicing and admin follow-up tied to signed projects and renewalsPotentially assist with a landing page connected to Shopify for the future Elevated Home product line, depending on complexityGood to have:Stageforce experience, though not requiredBasic invoicing experienceComfort pulling reports / basic data handlingAI tool familiarity, including ClaudeAbility to help with light landing page / Shopify setupNatural communication skills on calls; should not sound overly salesyNon-negotiable Requirements:Strong customer service aligned with a luxury brand experienceCRM experienceSome sales administration experienceIndustry/Tools Experience:StageforceCanvaOutlookQuickBookseSignlyShopifyBenefitsWe’re all about uplifting lives in Coconut and we make sure we provide benefits that support work-life balance, well-being, and growth.
