We’re an e-commerce business operating multiple Amazon brands in the US market - across toys, home goods, and seasonal products.With 22 team members (plus some awesome outsourced support), we manage the entire product lifecycle - from production and inventory to sales and marketing - across multiple marketplaces in 10 countries.We’re looking for a Senior Amazon PPC Specialist.This is not a “keep the account ticking over” kind of PPC role.We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands how Amazon advertising works at a deeper level — someone who thinks strategically about campaign structure, keyword intent, placement strategy, market share, organic rank influence, profitability, and scaling opportunities across an entire catalogue.You’ll be responsible for managing and evolving advanced PPC structures across multiple brands, product categories, and seasonal product lines in the US market.Our ideal person doesn’t just optimise bids and budgets. They actively test hypotheses, spot opportunities competitors are missing, stay ahead of Amazon advertising trends, and bring fresh ideas to the table before anyone asks.You should be comfortable operating across 20–50 actively advertised SKUs at a time, balancing performance across hero products, seasonal launches, long-tail variations, and niche-specific strategies.This role is best suited to someone who enjoys solving complex PPC problems, thinking commercially, and continuously refining what “great” looks like on Amazon.You’ll primarily focus on the US market, while also supporting English-speaking marketplaces such as the UK, Canada, and future expansion markets.In this role, you will:Build, manage and continuously evolve advanced Amazon PPC structures across multiple brands and product categoriesOwn full-funnel advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, video campaigns, and emerging Amazon ad formatsDevelop proactive testing strategies around placements, keyword segmentation, search intent, campaign isolation, harvesting structures, and scaling approachesAnalyse performance trends across entire product portfolios — not just individual campaigns — to identify where we’re underinvesting, overspending, or missing market share opportunitiesLead PPC strategy for new product launches, seasonal pushes, inventory sell-through campaigns, and ranking-focused initiativesMonitor how paid performance impacts organic ranking and continuously optimise for both profitability and long-term account growthRefine campaign architecture and naming conventions to improve scalability, reporting clarity, and optimisation efficiency across a growing catalogueBring new ideas, trends, and best practices to the business regularly — especially around evolving Amazon placements, AI-driven search behaviour, Rufus, video ads, and changing shopper behaviourWork closely with listings, creative, and account management to align advertising strategy with conversion rate optimisation and catalogue growthReport on performance with clear commercial thinking — not just data, but what actions should happen next and whyWorking Hours: This is a full-time role and hours are CET (GMT +2).You'll report to Artem, our U.S. Marketplace Manager.RequirementsTo excel in this role, you need:Strong hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing complex accounts independentlyExperience managing advertising across multiple products, variations, or brands simultaneously — not just a handful of hero SKUsProven ability to structure and optimise campaigns strategically, not just maintain them operationallyDeep understanding of how PPC influences organic rank, keyword indexing, and long-term catalogue growthStrong commercial judgment around scaling, profitability, TACoS management, and market share opportunitiesExperience testing and refining campaign structures based on performance data and changing Amazon trendsConfidence working across seasonal products, different niches, and shifting demand patternsAbility to identify opportunities proactively and bring ideas forward independentlyStrong analytical thinking paired with strong executionExperience staying current with Amazon advertising updates, evolving best practices, and new campaign typesComfortable managing 20–50 actively advertised SKUs simultaneously across different categories and seasonal cyclesBrownie points for:Experience with Helium 10, Scale Insights, Bidx, or similar toolsFamiliarity with DSPExperience in competitive or seasonal nichesBasic understanding of listing optimisation and A+ contentFamiliarity with Rufus, AI-driven Amazon search changes, and evolving shopper behaviour trendsExperience with advanced video campaign optimisationExperience managing PPC for brands doing $10M+ annual revenueExperience working both in-house and within an Amazon agency environmentStrong understanding of advanced campaign segmentation and scaling strategiesExperience with video campaigns and newer Amazon ad placementsExperience balancing growth and profitability across larger SKU cataloguesEvidence of proactive testing, experimentation, and strategic thinking — not just account maintenanceAbility to explain not only what changes to make, but why they matter commerciallyYou’re someone who naturally looks for ways to improve things.
