Role DetailsLocation: 100% Remote (EST)Duration: 6+ MonthsCrucial Requirement: An active Workday Integration Certification is REQUIRED for this role.Technical Must-HavesCore Workday: Strong expertise in Workday HCM and building complex Workday Studio integrations.Integration Tools: Deep working knowledge of EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio.API & Data: Extensive experience developing custom APIs (RaaS) and utilizing Workday public APIs (REST & SOAP).Developer Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Oxygen, Postman, or SOAP UI.Technical Foundations: Strong proficiency in XML, XSLTs, Calculated Fields, and configuring Workday Security.Data Flow: Rich experience in designing and supporting both Inbound and Outbound integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end lifecycle (gathering requirements, designing, building, and supporting) of Workday integrations.Build custom reports, dashboards, and APIs to meet dynamic business and HRIS needs.Design, build, and accurately provision security groups for integrations and users.Partner closely with HRIS teams, business users, and third-party vendors to translate pain points into scalable, secure solutions.Ensure all data exchanged with third parties remains strictly compliant and secure.If you hold the required certification and have the technical depth to own complex Studio integrations, let’s get your profile reviewed!
