You’ll support complex demos during the sales cycle, work with the customer to integrate and deploy the product in their environment, prototype features based upon customer needs, and provide Tier 2 technical support.This is a deeply technical role within a customer facing environment. You’ll work across multiple customers supporting the sales team, and act as a conduit to share information back with the Product Engineering team to help mature the platform.Who You Are (Required Qualifications):10+ years Security Engineering/DevSecOps/Infrastructure Engineering or adjacent experienceExperience as a Field Engineer/Expert Services in the security space, preferably with a SaaS product is preferredHands on experience building cloud infrastructure, deploying products in cloud environments and integrating with VPN and SSO technologiesUnderstanding of SAST, SCA, CWP and DAST products in the marketStrong command of security concepts such as the OWASP Top 10Understanding of security frameworks and compliance, such as ISO-27001, FedRAMP, SOC2, PCI or HIPAAExperience working with Cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure, GCP and OCIComfortable prototyping features for customers and learning new languages such as Go and TypeScriptFluent in Korean with advanced English language skillsBonus if you have (Preferred Qualifications):Pre-sales Solution Architecting/Solution DesignSecurity/DevSecOps consulting experience in a Professional Services settingCompleted AWS/Azure certifications and supported competency and audit effortsActively involved in the security community, including speaking at conferences, running workshops and/or contributing to Open SourcePreviously filled a role as a security buyer, such as a CISOHad experience in software engineering rolesInvolved in complex platform build outs using technologies such as Terraform and KubernetesWhat We Offer:Compensation & Equity: Competitive salary starting at KRW 190,000,000 , clear performance-based incentives, and equity package, making you an integral part of XBOW’s growth story.Career Growth: Significant opportunities to progress within the sales organization and shape your career trajectory as we scale.Meaningful Work: You’ll directly impact XBOW’s mission to revolutionize cybersecurity and protect organizations worldwide.What Else You Should KnowLocation: Remote South Korea.
