LauLau is seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our internal talent acquisition team. You will lead the end-to-end sourcing and screening of specialized offshore professionals for our growing US small business client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Source experienced accounting and paralegal candidates tailored to US client specifications. - Conduct comprehensive screening, initial interviewing, and vetting of specialized applicants. - Build and manage talent pipelines to ensure immediate placement readiness. - Assess candidate qualifications against rigorous technical and reliability standards. Coordinate candidate movement efficiently through the internal recruitment lifecycle. Candidate Requirements: - Must have 5+ years of experience recruiting specialized staff for US-based clients. - Proven track record sourcing and interviewing experienced accounting and paralegal professionals for US-based clients. - Deep proficiency with specialized talent acquisition and resume filtering tools. - Advanced English communication skills and professional telephone etiquette. - Available to start ASAP.
