Requirements and responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to deeply understand hiring needs • Manage the entire recruiting process and act as a candidate/hiring manager advocate • Evaluate skill level and help manage the offer process • Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and executive management • Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience • Provide strategic guidance, education, and calibration techniques • Manage the day-to-day focus of any Sourcers assigned to support your recruiting efforts • Leverage an ATS, Workday is desirable, to track candidate progress through the funnel and keep consistently clean data for reporting.
