Requirements and responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and analytical recent graduates to join our team as Data Analysts / Business Analysts. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with business and technical teams to analyze data, identify trends, gather requirements, and support decision-making through insights and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: - Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources. - Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions. - Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis. - Assist in data validation and quality assurance activities. - Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests. Business Analysis: - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows. - Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work with business users, project teams, and leadership to understand business needs. - Present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively. - Participate in project meetings and requirement-gathering sessions. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. - Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Preferred Skills: - Basic knowledge of SQL. - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Understanding of business analysis concepts and documentation. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical tools is a plus. - Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
