The Role:
- You are a builder and a teacher.
- You will split your time between building and optimizing our internal AI systems and delivering 1-2 hours of live AI coaching per week to our client cohorts as part of the Academy.
- You will create Claude artifacts, AI templates, automation workflows, and client-facing tools, then teach people how to use them.
- You will work directly with the founders and ops team.
- You will have real ownership.
- You will be compensated on the growth of what you build.
What You Will Own:
Internal Systems & Automation (40%):
- Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, sub-accounts, email sequences, and automation campaigns.
- Manage and expand Make.com (or n8n) integrations across CRM, Recruit CRM, and internal tools.
- Design multi-step automation workflows that eliminate manual work across ops, recruiting, and client management.
- Connect and maintain integrations between tools (GoHighLevel, Stripe, Recruit CRM, Slack, email).
- Audit existing systems, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.
Claude Artifacts, AI Templates & Tools (30%):
- Build Claude-powered dashboards: client health tracker (green/amber/red), upsell opportunity board, hiring consultant pipeline.
- Create reusable AI templates and prompt systems for internal team and client-facing use.
- Build Claude artifacts for client deliverables: lead quality trackers, call debrief tools, SDR performance dashboards.
- Package AI tools into clean, repeatable assets that non-technical clients can use.
- Maintain and iterate a library of internal AI templates as Claude evolves.
AI Academy & Coaching (30%):
- Deliver 1-2 hours/week of live AI training sessions for SDR/setter cohorts via Zoom.
- Build and maintain training curriculum: Claude workflows, AI outbound sequences, call review automation, dashboards.
- Create pre-recorded training assets, walkthroughs, and reference guides per module.
- Facilitate Q&A and troubleshoot AI setup questions live during coaching calls.
- Iterate curriculum week over week based on client feedback and results.
You Are a Fit If You:
Must-have:
- Fluent with Claude: not just prompting, but building projects, artifacts, dashboards, and reusable templates.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, sub-accounts, email domains, automations).
- Make.com: multi-step workflows, webhooks, error handling.
- Ability to teach clearly and simply without overwhelming non-technical people.
- Currently building AI systems in your own work or side projects.
- Bilingual Spanish/English: strong English required (clients are U.S.-based).
- Self-directed, fast-moving, no need for hand-holding.
Bonus (adds points to shortlist):
- n8n: self-hosted or cloud, complex automation flows.
- AI voice / outbound sequence experience (Lemnist, Instantly, similar).
- LinkedIn automation systems (Phantombuster, Dripify, etc.).
- Course/training/coaching content built (even informally).
- Recruit CRM, Stripe integrations, similar.
