It's an extraordinary place to work, and we're looking for the best people to join us.We are looking for an English/Spanish bilingual Account Manager to join our Inside Sales Team with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive, track record of success in sales, client satisfaction, & teamwork. This position involves working with business clients within a territory; you will be responsible for the management of the sales and relationship of existing and new clients within that territory. The Account Manager serves to understand the client's needs, educate them on how to meet these needs, and generate sales for the company as a result.Backgrounds in high-volume, customer-focused sales environments — such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Hertz, or wireless sales (T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) — are highly transferable and often lead to success in this role.Responsibilities:Meet or exceed individual and team goalsHost training sessions for clients and their staffProficient in English and Spanish preferredDevelop and maintain business within existing territoryWork strategically with Inside Sales Manager to drive client sales and engagementResolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriateKeep informed of competition and industry trendsUsing relationship management techniques to build client loyaltyPersuasively sell EasyPay clients on making EasyPay their exclusive payment optionRequirements:This position requires the ability to grow new accounts, develop and maintain business within existing accountsMust be proficient and comfortable doing business in Spanish and EnglishStrong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ability to log interactions effectivelyIn addition to selling, interested in problem solving, consulting, and servicing customersStrong phone presence and ability to meet call requirementsStrong collaboration and social skillsA proven track record of sales, client satisfaction, & teamworkMust have strong verbal and written communications skillsMust be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivatedPC literacy [Office 365: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]1-2 years experience in CSM, AM, AE or BDR role and/or inside/outside sales experience preferredTele prospecting, virtual presentation, and/or B2B/F2F experience a plusMust meet minimum technical requirement to work remotelyOnce a conditional job offer has been extended, a satisfactory background and credit check will be requiredScheduled Shift: 8:00AM-4:30PM (EST), Monday-FridayWhat We Offer$23 - $25 hourly rate plus monthly commissionRobust health insurance including individual and family Medical, Dental and VisionRelax and recharge with Paid Time Off (PTO) Program; plus 10 paid holidaysFinancial health with 401(k) programs and employer matchInternet reimbursement - $40 per monthTake care of your emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing with access to EAPWe invest in your future through ongoing learning and development resourcesSave on taxes with Flexible Spending or Health Savings AccountsPeace of mind with Life and AD&D InsuranceDiscounts for shopping at various retailers
