Known for its sophisticated, feminine, and elevated brand aesthetic, the business operates across both online and physical retail channels and is continuing to grow its creative team to support an expanding product range.Role OverviewThe Product & Graphic Designer will work across both digital and print design and product design, creating surface patterns, applying artwork to physical products such as ceramics, textiles, accessories, and homewares, and preparing print-ready files for a wide range of product categories.The ideal candidate has a strong eye for premium lifestyle aesthetics, deep technical knowledge of print and product production, and the ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with repeat pattern design, die lines, and product mockups is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Design & CampaignsDesign and produce weekly EDMs using Photoshop and KlaviyoCreate website graphics including homepage banners, product highlights, and promotional assetsDevelop digital banners for campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotionsOptimise designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devicesPrint & Retail CollateralDesign in-store signage, window displays, and point-of-sale materialsCreate print collateral for stores, outdoor advertising, and shopping centre campaignsPrepare final artwork for print production and liaise with suppliers when requiredProduct Design & Surface ArtworkDesign seamless repeat patterns for textiles, homewares, accessories, and packagingApply artwork and imagery to physical products including ceramics, plates, bags, and scarvesWork with die lines and product templates, ensuring correct bleed, safe zones, and fold linesPrepare print-on-product files using Pantone colour references and stock imagesCreate packaging, labels, cards, and product insert designsProduce product mockups for presentation and approval prior to productionCreative & Brand ExecutionWork closely with the Creative Director to develop and evolve the brand's product aestheticCreate seasonal lookbooks for retail and wholesale useEnsure all designs, digital and product, align with brand guidelines and visual identityContribute fresh creative ideas while respecting the existing premium brand directionCollaboration & Project ManagementCollaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and retail teams to deliver cohesive campaignsManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentMaintain consistency and quality across all creative and product outputsKey Requirements5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in product, surface, or textile designStrong portfolio showcasing EDMs, web design, print/signage, AND product or surface design workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (all essential)Experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp for EDM design and deploymentDemonstrated experience designing seamless repeat patterns for print on productAbility to work with die lines, product templates, bleed, safe zones, and fold linesExperience applying artwork to physical products (ceramics, textiles, accessories, packaging)Knowledge of Pantone colour systems and print-on-product file preparationUnderstanding of UX/UI principles for digital designExperience with large-scale print and retail collateralAttributesA genuine appreciation for premium lifestyle, fashion, and beautiful designHighly detail-oriented with a strong understanding of brand guidelinesAble to work quickly and independently, comfortable turning around artwork on short noticeCreative and commercially minded, designs that look great AND performProactive, positive, and collaborative team playerSelf-motivated and reliable in a fully remote working environment
