Requirements and responsibilities

SiteWorker is a verified workforce delivery and construction staffing platform. We place credentialed skilled tradespeople with large-scale contractors, EPCs, and project owners — and we build the compliance infrastructure that keeps those placements airtight. Our clients include Tesla, MasTec, and Hypower. We operate alongside D.O.W.E., our in-house nonprofit functioning as a federally-engaged apprenticeship intermediary. We're hiring a Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth. You'll identify high-fit prospects across construction, energy, and infrastructure, run structured outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, and book appointments for our senior team. This is a metrics-driven role — you own the number, you hit the number. One qualified appointment per business day is the baseline. WHAT YOU'LL OWN · Daily outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone — building and working targeted sequences · Sourcing and qualifying leads in construction, EPC, mechanical, electrical, and industrial contracting · Maintaining clean CRM activity in HubSpot — no black holes, no stale sequences · Booking a minimum of one qualified appointment per business day · Collaborating with the BD and ops teams to sharpen messaging as you learn what converts · Representing SiteWorker credibly to C-suite and VP-level contacts from the first touch. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR · 2+ years in outbound sales or business development — staffing, construction-adjacent, or SaaS preferred · Strong written communication; your cold emails get replies · Ability to operate independently in a remote environment without hand-holding · Familiarity with HubSpot, sequencing platforms (Smartlead, Apollo, or similar), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator · Genuine curiosity about the skilled trades, workforce compliance, or construction operations · Availability that covers meaningful overlap with US business hours (EST / CST). COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE Base salary — commensurate with experience Performance bonus / commission Work from anywhere Direct access to leadership
