We are seeking a highly motivated Skilled Trades Recruiter to help staff renewable energy, utility, telecommunications, infrastructure, and construction projects across the United States.

What You'll Do
Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and outbound recruiting
Conduct phone and video interviews
Screen candidates for experience, certifications, licenses, and project fit
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
Develop relationships with skilled trades professionals throughout the United States

Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting within construction, renewable energy, utilities, telecommunications, industrial, or skilled trades environments preferred
Strong English communication skills
Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruiting tools
Ability to work U.S. business hours
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging passive candidates
