Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote — US/Canada) StartupStack by COGNISTACK is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing startup building the next generation of AI-powered marketing and growth products. 🔹 Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer 🌎 Location: Remote (US or Canada) 💰 Salary: $180K – $270K + Equity 🛂 Visa Sponsorship: H1B transfer, TN, O-1 supported 👥 Hiring: 3 engineers 💻 Tech Stack: TypeScript, React, Go, HTML, CSS, SQL 🚀 What You’ll Do: • Architect and build product features end-to-end • Develop intuitive interfaces for non-technical users • Collaborate closely with customers, product managers, and designers • Work alongside ML engineers to integrate AI/ML insights into product workflows • Build scalable frontend systems and backend APIs 🧠 Upcoming Challenges: • Building deep analytics & observability platforms • Integrating complex ML models into interactive UIs • Designing intuitive experimentation workflows for marketers ✅ What We’re Looking For: • 5–10 years of software engineering experience • Strong TypeScript + React expertise • Solid backend/API design & SQL knowledge • Experience building customer-facing SaaS products • Startup experience (Series A–D preferred) • Ability to independently lead and architect frontend systems 🏆 Ideal Candidate: • Product-minded engineer with strong ownership • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments • Strong communication & curiosity
