We Whiten is hiring full-time remote appointment setters. Role Type: - This is a performance-based sales role. - This is not a customer support role. - This is not an admin role. Responsibilities: - Your responsibility is converting inbound leads into qualified showed appointments through phone calls, SMS, and follow-up communication. - You will be handling leads from Facebook, Instagram, website inquiries, text campaigns, and other marketing channels. Company Culture: - We are building a high-performance sales organization. - Low urgency, slow follow-up, and side-hustle mentality will not survive here. What You’ll Do: - Respond to inbound leads immediately. - Convert inquiries into booked appointments. - Confirm and manage appointments to maximize show rates. - Follow up aggressively through SMS, phone, and email. - Handle objections confidently. - Maintain high response speed and follow-up consistency. - Track all activity inside CRM. - Participate in daily coaching and call reviews. - Hit and exceed KPIs consistently.
