You will work closely with Account Managers and Sales to bring proposals to life and maintain a high standard across all client-facing materials.This role is well-suited for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and looks for ways to improve how work gets done.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain media plans aligned to client goals, budgets, and inventory.Create clear, polished decks and proposals that communicate strategy and value.Partner with Account Managers and Sales to develop pre-sale materials and packages.Organize campaign details, timelines, and deliverables to support execution.Pull data and assist in building reporting and performance summaries.Ensure accuracy across pricing, packaging, and campaign details.Maintain internal trackers and documentation across active campaigns.Continuously improve templates, workflows, and planning processes.Qualifications0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales support, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and high standards for output quality.Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Excel).Ability to take direction and turn inputs into clean, structured deliverables.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Clear communication and a collaborative working style.Demonstrated curiosity and a strong desire to learn and improve quickly.Interest in using AI tools and automation to increase efficiency and output.Interest in financial markets is a plus.What Success Looks LikeMedia plans are accurate, thoughtful, and easy to understand.Decks are clean, consistent, and require minimal revisions.You improve team speed without sacrificing quality.You actively find ways to improve workflows and leverage tools to increase output.You become a reliable foundation for pre-sale and execution workflows.Benefits and PerksA competitive salaryUnlimited PTO and sick leaveRemote-work flexibilityFully paid for comprehensive health care (medical, dental, vision)401k with company match up to 4%Stock options: You’ll have a meaningful stake in our successGenerous WFH stipendThis is a fully remote role open to candidates across the U.S. Compensation is commensurate with experience and location; the annual base salary range for major markets such as New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago is $65,000–$80,000.StockTwits is committed to equal employment opportunities for all employees.
