You will play a role (such as a Customer or Support Agent) and speak in a clear, natural way. The conversations are based on customer support situations, where one person helps solve a problem. These may include:Verifying account detailsSolving basic technical issuesExplaining simple policiesEach assignment takes approximately 30 to 90 minutes and must be completed in one continuous session.
