ABOUT THE POSITIONAllergy Research Group® (ARG), seeks a dedicated Sales Representative to join our Sales team. In this role, you will engage with Health Care Practitioners, fostering relationships and introducing them to our supplement products. You will represent Allergy Research products to healthcare practitioners in a designated territory by establishing key relationships and providing consultative selling solutions. You will offer tailored solutions to Health Care Practitioners, addressing their specific needs and challenges. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales, will be proactive in their approach, solution focused, and an energetic self-starter.Location / Travel: Remote in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, or North Carolina with the ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.RESPONSIBILITIESIncrease the visibility and awareness of ARG’s product offerings within assigned territoryGrow HCP customer base and maintain relationships with existing clientsMeet with healthcare practitioners to learn more about their practices to strategically sell our products in a consultative manner using a science-based approachEducate, support and encourage prescribers to recommend ARG productsEducate customers on how products can benefit their practiceMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growthMeet & exceed sales targets and quota, measured in terms of total revenue generatedRequirementsMinimum 3 years consultative outside sales experience with proven successSales experience within Integrative HCP, Medical Device, Dermatology, or Women’s Health strongly desiredDemonstrated sales success in a previous inside or outside sales roleProven ability to accurately document sales activities, update records, and generate required reports.Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotasExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsResults-oriented, highly organized, problem solver with attention to detailsAbility to travel within assigned territory 30% of the timeProficiency with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience preferred.PERKS & BENEFITSThe annual base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 USD/year. This role is eligible to participate in ARG’s commission plan with on-target earnings of $100,000-$120,000.
