Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management: Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images. Maintain a smooth and user-friendly online shopping experience. Create landing pages, collections, and merchandising displays. Improve product visibility and conversion rates.Product & Catalog Management: Set up new products on e-commerce platforms. Manage product pricing and catalog updates. Optimize product discoverability through keyword research.Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory levels and stock availability. Process customer orders, shipments, and backorders. Track order fulfillment and inventory status.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams. Support promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and sales events.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior. Generate reports on KPIs, promotions, and website enhancements.
