We collaborate with thousands of merchants, investors, advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing networks to bring the best value to our users.To support our continued growth, we are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who combines strong execution skills across web design, UX/UI with a strong generalist background.This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys working across creative production, website optimization, and user engagement, contributing directly to campaign performance and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Creative ExecutionCreate marketing assets such as banners, email visuals, and social media creativesSupport campaign execution across digital channels in collaboration with SEA, SEO, and Content teamsEnsure consistency and quality of visual output across channelsUX/UI & Website DesignDesign and improve landing pages and website elements (wireframes and UI layouts)Create responsive designs for desktop and mobileSupport ongoing improvements to user journeys and conversion flowsDigital MarketingSupport setting up and managing basic marketing automations (e.g., welcome flows, re-engagement campaigns)(knowledge of HubSpot is a plus!)Design and build email templates and visual assets for communicationsCollaborate with the team to improve user retention and engagementPerformance & OptimizationSupport A/B testing initiatives by creating creative and design variationsUse basic performance data (CTR, engagement, conversions) to inform improvementsContribute to optimizing campaigns and on-site experiencesCollaborationWork closely with Marketing, SEO, and Engineering teamsTranslate marketing needs into effective visual and UX solutionsParticipate in brainstorming and campaign developmentEssential Qualifications4+ years of experience in digital marketing, UX/UI, web design, or a similar hybrid roleStrong hands-on experience creating:Marketing assets (banners, email visuals, etc.)Web or landing page designsExperience supporting or executing email marketing or campaignsProficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive designStrong visual sense (typography, spacing, hierarchy)Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environmentGood working proficiency in Italian & EnglishPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with marketing automation flows (welcome series, retention, reactivation)Experience in performance marketing or e-commerceFamiliarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or HotjarBasic knowledge of HTML/CSSExperience working in international or remote teamsWhy Join Discoup?An energetic, driven results-oriented environment with over 40 professionals including developers, marketers, affiliates, and analysts.Professional growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding international project.
