Our proven system, built for PI, also powers results across other practice areas. The Business Development team is the frontline of growth, responsible for identifying opportunities, creating pipeline, and driving first-time appointments for our Account Executives.Responsibilities50 Dials Per Day Minimum 12 sets per month10 held meetings per monthMaintain 80% or above show rateContact potential clients through cold calls and emailsPresent our company to potential clientsBuild long-term trusting relationships with clientsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings between prospective clients and Account ExecutivesReport to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales resultsStay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plansRequirementsProven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar roleHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)Track record of achieving sales quotasExperience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentationsBenefitsStarting from $55,000; pay commensurate with experience plus uncapped commissionWork remotely from homeUnlimited PTO3% match Simple IRA100% health insurance (including fully employer-funded coverage)
