We are hiring a Director / Senior Director, RIA Relationship Management to help lead Allocate’s growth with wealth advisory firms, specifically focused on Midwest wealth advisory firms.This role focuses exclusively on RIAs and wealth advisory firms, partnering with their CIOs, investment teams, and core operating partners, to help them build programmatic private markets portfolios using Allocate’s platform.You will operate at the intersection of investment expertise, consultative sales, and strategic relationship building, helping build the future of private markets.What You’ll DoBuild trusted relationships with CIOs, investment committees, and senior leadership at leading RIAs to help scale their private markets programsDrive adoption of Allocate’s platform across curated investment opportunities (from venture and growth to private equity and private credit), white label fund solutions, and Allocate Insights, focusing on driving adoption and revenue growthLead the full relationship lifecycle from initial introduction to long-term partnershipPartner closely with the investment, product, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes, creating a consistent feedback loop between clients and product innovationBe a leader out in the field for Allocate, representing Allocate at industry events and key client gatheringsWhat We’re Looking ForQualifications7–10+ years of experience in relationship management, focused on RIAs and wealth advisory firmsExceptional relationship-building ability with senior decision makersAbility to explain complex investment strategies clearlyBackground specifically in alternatives, technology sales, or a combination of both (Preference for strong technology background and interest)Experience, knowledge and interest in sophisticated alternatives offerings, from venture growth, and private equity to co-investments and secondaries opportunitiesTrack record of sourcing and closing complex dealsStrategic account development mindsetHigh degree of self-direction and ownershipComfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environmentWhy Join AllocateWork directly with some of the most sophisticated platforms in wealth managementHelp build the infrastructure powering private markets in the RIA channelJoin a team of builders focused on client experience, operational rigor, and problem solvingShape how the next generation of wealth platforms invest in private markets
