IV.AI is looking for a skilled ETL Engineer to join our data team, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You'll own the pipelines that move and transform data across our platform - connecting client data sources, keeping our warehouses clean, and enabling the analytics and AI workflows our products depend on. We're a distributed team that works collaboratively across time zones - not quite remote-first, but pretty close.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and third-party SaaS integrationsDesign and lead data extraction and transformation strategy from Snowflake environments, exercising independent technical judgment to establish schema standards, transformation logic, and data quality criteria supporting downstream analysis and product use casesCollaborate with engineers and product teams to define data contracts and schema standardsDesign and implement the alerting and observability strategy for data pipelines on GCP - defining SLOs, alert thresholds, and dashboards, and setting up the monitoring stack to support themOwn data quality - write validation logic, catch issues, problem solve and design solutions before they reach productionBe involved in the full software lifecycle from design through deploymentWhat We're Looking ForBachelor’s Degree4+ years of software or data engineering experienceHands-on experience extracting from and integrating with SnowflakeProficiency with BigQuery and PostgreSQLStrong Python skills and comfort connecting to third-party APIs and SaaS data sourcesExperience building atomic, modular codebasesFamiliarity with GCP or similar cloud infrastructureNice to HaveExperience with Airflow, Polars, Parquet, or SparkFamiliarity with dbt or similar transformation toolsInterest in the NLP/AI spaceComfort in a fast-moving startup environmentWhy Join UsPipelines that directly power AI products used by blue-chip clientsFlexible, remote-friendly work with a collaborative, low-bureaucracy teamCompetitive comp and real ownership of your domain
