Job SummaryThe Implementation Engineer Intern will support translating end-user requirements into practical technical solutions, designing scalable systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software.The role involves problem-solving, improving code quality, system architecture, and participating in brainstorming sessions to enhance technology and product offerings.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTranslate end-user requirements into pragmatic technical solutions with product & design teamsDesign and build services/system architecture for projects, and deliver results on scheduleImprove code quality via unit tests, automation, and code reviewsBuild robust, scalable software in PythonCollaborate with Back-End Engineers, Project Managers, and System AdministratorsContribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for technology, algorithms, and productsRequired Knowledge, Qualifications & ExperienceMust Have:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldStrong Python programming skills + experience building scalable softwareSome understanding of implementation/system architectureKnowledge of unit testing, code reviews, and automation toolsStrong analytical & problem-solving skills, with ability to meet deadlinesAble to produce proper documentationReady to collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsAdded Advantage:Foundational knowledge of AI & AI Agents.
