Responsibilities

Role Overview: - We are looking for an experienced QA Contractor with strong Salesforce testing and integration experience to support a Salesforce/Fonteva implementation. - Experience: 5–8+ years. - Compensation: USD. - Location: Remote – LATAM. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end testing of Salesforce/Fonteva business workflows. - Functional and integration testing across multiple systems. - REST/SOAP API testing using Postman or similar tools. - Validate data mappings, payloads, workflows, permissions, and downstream impacts. - Salesforce sandbox, release, smoke, and regression testing. - Data migration, conversion, and reconciliation testing. - Defect identification, triage, and documentation. - Create reusable test plans, regression checklists, API test collections, and QA documentation. Required Skills: - 5–8+ years of QA experience. - Strong Salesforce testing experience. - Experience with end-to-end integrated business workflows. - Hands-on API testing with Postman. - REST & SOAP integration testing. - Salesforce Flows, validation rules, permissions, reports, and Lightning Experience. - Strong defect triage and stakeholder communication skills. Nice to Have: - Fonteva or Salesforce managed package experience. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Stripe/payment integration testing. - MuleSoft or similar middleware. - Salesforce deployment/CI/CD experience. - Splunk or similar monitoring tools. - Data migration and reconciliation experience. - Light API automation experience.
