C.H. Robinson is seeking a Carrier Manager to join our APAC Managed Solutions team. In this key position, you will responsible for managing day-to-day carrier relationships and ensuring service performance meets customer expectations. You will involve monitoring compliance metrics, publishing and interpreting carrier scorecards, resolving escalations, and identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis.At C.H. Experience the full benefits of teamwork and immediate collaboration in a vibrant and engaging workplace.Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Monitor compliance EDI adherence, routing guide compliance)Publish and interpret scorecards and service metrics (tender acceptance, OTD, dwell, claims)Manage carrier escalations; implement corrective actionsMaintain master data (lanes, service attributes) with high accuracyWork to continuously improve carrier management processesSupport customer on large RFP exercisesMay participate in procurement projects including, but not limited to, data extraction, analysis, formatting, and presentation of rates and data related to pricing requestsProvide market and network insights to account teamOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsRequired Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 5 years of professional experienceAbility to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally)Preferred Qualifications:Preferred:Experience with carrier monitoring and compliance processesProfessional experience in Procurement, carrier sales, transportation, logistics, and/or Supply ChainExceptional facilitation skills including but not limited to relationship management, presentation, documentation and accountabilityShould possess strong root cause and analytical skillsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate with various levels within customer organization (both written and verbal)Ability to identify, understand and execute based on market trends and pricing strategiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsSkilled in interpreting KPIs and compliance metricsAdvanced Excel and data visualizationValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentBenefits• EPF contribution 15%• Group Health Insurance • Flexible Benefit (Dental treatment or Optical purchase) • Birthday LeaveAbout UsWhy Do You Belong at C.H.
