Asterism IT Solutions LLC is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with a strong background in US IT Staffing.If you have a proven track record of hiring top IT professionals for Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS accounts, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified IT professionals.Recruit across W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.Work on Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements while maintaining quality and turnaround time.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent across multiple technologies.Required Qualifications3+ years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment (Mandatory).Strong expertise in recruiting across various IT technologies.Hands-on experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS accounts.Proficiency in CEIPAL ATS, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and CareerBuilder.Strong understanding of US work authorizations, tax terms, and the complete recruitment lifecycle.Excellent sourcing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience in Non-IT recruitment will be considered an added advantage.Why Join Asterism IT Solutions?100% Remote Work EnvironmentOpportunity to work with leading US Direct Clients and MSPsPerformance-driven culture with excellent career growth opportunitiesCollaborative, professional, and supportive team
