What You’ll DoConduct engaging trial classes for children aged 5–17, together with their parentsDrive course enrollments by leading engaging trial classes and guiding parents through the learning journey.Facilitate interactive coding, digital literacy, or creative activities prepared by our academic teamUnderstand each family’s learning goals and recommend suitable programs based on their needsClearly communicate the benefits, outcomes, and structure of our coursesAddress questions and concerns while building trust and confidence with parentsSupport families throughout the enrollment process and follow up after trial sessions when neededMaintain accurate records of trial classes, parent feedback, and conversion performanceWhat We’re Looking ForExcellent communication and presentation skills, especially when interacting with children and parentsFluency in Bahasa Melayu (Malaysia) for conducting classes and engaging with familiesStrong spoken English proficiencyAbility to balance educational guidance with consultative conversationsProactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environmentExperience in education, customer engagement, customer service, or sales is an advantageFamiliarity with the Malaysian market is preferredA positive, energetic, and target-driven mindsetWorking ArrangementOperating hours (remote): Weekdays: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Malaysia Time)Operating hours (remote): Weekends: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Malaysia Time)Team members may choose their preferred schedules within the designated operating hours, subject to trial class demand and availabilityWeekend availability is mandatoryMinimum commitment of 18 trial class sessions per week, excluding follow-ups and administrative responsibilitiesBenefit100% remote work - work from anywhere in the worldPerformance-based earning opportunities with additional Incentives Bonus to successful student enrollments.
