Known for their senior-led execution and commitment to accountability, they work with a diverse portfolio of brands and have been recognized as one of the top independent agencies in the industry.About the RoleWe're looking for an Integrated Media Planner to join our client's team. The Integrated Media Planner is someone who has some paid media experience and can work collaboratively with the team around them. The Media Planner will be a key communicator and collaborator with internal personnel, the client team, and creative agency contacts. We are looking for someone with some paid media experience, either in Digital or Traditional media.Media Planning & ExecutionSupport Senior Planners in developing, negotiating, and executing media buysCollaborate with internal teams, client contacts, and creative agencies to ensure integrated strategiesUse media planning and research tools (e.g., MRI, ComScore, Telmar) to inform and improve campaign performanceManage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailClient & Team CollaborationParticipate in client and partner calls and maintain clear communication with all stakeholdersBuild strong working relationships with team members and assist in managing timelines and deliverablesSupport development of client-facing presentation skills and communicationsCommunication & ReportingEnsure all team members are aligned on strategy and client goalsDeliver clear, concise performance analyses and insights to guide strategic decisionsStay up to date on industry trends and client benchmarks to proactively identify opportunitiesRequirements and Skills1+ years of experience in media planning or strategy within an agency or in-house media teamExperience with media planning tools and softwareStrong communication in English and presentation skillsOrganized, analytical, and proactive mindsetAbility to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple prioritiesPositive, client-centric attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the media spaceAbout LatamforceLatamforce is a nearshoring staffing agency that connects top-tier talent from Latin America with leading U.S. companies.
