As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Representative to join our remote team. If you are driven, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a dynamic company, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective leads. * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. * Research and qualify new leads and maintain a lead database. * Provide excellent customer service and support to potential and existing customers. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product lines, features, and availability. * Assist with general administrative duties and data entry tasks. * Support the sales team with tasks as needed. Requirements * Fluent in English (verbal and written). * Fluent in Spanish (highly preferred, but not required). * 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred). * 2+ years of sales or cold calling experience (preferred, but not required). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel (a plus). * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (required).
