Overview: 20four7VA is seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and bilingual (English–Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support outbound lead outreach for one of the nation’s leading mortgage companies. The role focuses on contacting warm leads, re-engaging older prospects, setting qualified appointments for licensed loan officers, and occasionally handling cold calls. Bonus opportunities may be available based on performance. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to warm leads from multiple sources. * Communicate clearly in English or Spanish depending on lead preference. * Follow structured scripts and deliver consistent messaging. * Qualify leads and schedule appointments or warm-transfer to loan officers. * Confirm appointment details and ensure proper handoff. * Update and maintain accurate notes in the LOAI CRM. * Track outreach attempts, outcomes, and follow-up actions. * Re-engage older leads and maintain regular follow-up touchpoints. * Provide daily or weekly outreach summaries. * Communicate insights or lead trends to the client. Required Skills: * Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required). * Excellent verbal communication; clear, concise, and confident. * Accent Level A–B (native or near-native). * Experience in outbound calling or appointment setting. * CRM experience required (training provided for LOAI CRM). * Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation. * Reliable, self-driven, and comfortable working toward targets. * Mortgage/real estate background is a plus but not required. Tools Knowledge: * CRM platforms (any); LOAI CRM training provided. * Phone systems/autodialers (training provided). * Google Workspace, Excel, and similar tools. Work Schedule: * 20–40 hours per week. * Monday–Friday (option to work Saturdays and take another weekday off). * Shift Options: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST.
