Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: - Manage client communication and relationship management. - Conduct biweekly client check-ins and maintain proactive engagement. - Oversee client intake and ensure all information is properly documented. - Identify upsell opportunities for services such as SEO, web development, PR, and social media. - Update and manage CRM systems (GoHighLevel – required). - Coordinate scheduling and client meetings across US time zones. - Provide general account management and organizational support. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role. - Coordinator or operations experience is a strong plus. - Experience working with startup companies is highly valued. - GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is required. - Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
