Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outreach to potential clients through email and phone calls. - Qualify leads and schedule in-person meetings for the sales team. - Respond to incoming leads generated from social media advertisements. - Communicate with prospects via phone, SMS, and CRM messaging tools. - Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems. - Use Calendly integrated with GoHighLevel (GHL) to schedule appointments. - Ensure customers receive confirmations and reminders. - Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation strategies. - Guide potential customers toward scheduling an in-store consultation. Requirements: - English and Spanish proficiency required. - CRM experience preferred (GoHighLevel experience is a plus). - Gaming knowledge and understanding of PC hardware strongly preferred. - Ideal candidate is someone who has built their own PC or is very familiar with gaming setups. - Strong communication and lead qualification skills.
