Responsibilities
We're a UK-based company that partners with female social media creators/influencers to build digital product (online course) businesses.
We work with female creators in wellness, lifestyle, self-care, parenting, social media and career development niches.
We're looking for a sharp, social-media team member to help us build authentic relationships with female creators on Instagram and YouTube.
What you'll be doing:
-Watching creators' YouTube videos and Instagram content daily
-Writing genuine, human-sounding comments on their posts (not generic praise - we need comments that sound like a real fan wrote them)
-Tracking engagement activity across ~40–50 creators using our colour-coded system
-Outreaching to creators using our SOPs and decision tree
-Attending google meet calls with female creators/influencers and myself (the founder)
You're a great fit if you:
-Personally use Instagram and YouTube daily (not just Facebook)
-Can write in natural, conversational English not - "Great content! Very inspiring!"
-Are familiar with the creator economy/influencer space
