Responsibilities

You will provide administrative support to the different areas of the company in the implementation and use of platforms. You will ensure the correct functioning of the platforms, optimize response times, and seek continuous improvements in their use and other tasks required by senior management. You will collaborate closely with the different areas of the company to identify opportunities for process improvement, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization. You will build automated flows that allow repetitive tasks to be carried out with the aim of improving efficiency, effectiveness, and time optimization. You will research, develop, train, and improve everything related to Artificial Intelligence within the company. You will participate in the generation of reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making in the commercial and customer service areas. You will provide support in staff training on the proper use of platforms and the interpretation of generated data. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the platforms, proposing corrective actions when necessary. You will actively contribute to the identification of new tools and technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial and customer service areas. You will support the quality and continuous improvement area in the preparation of manuals, guides, and instructions that are necessary to standardize processes for different tools and general processes. You will train through the construction company's continuous learning program. You will use the tools provided by Bonilla Zea for the efficient exchange of information and ensure effective communication between different levels. You will organize and update the information and documentation generated from the various processes, using the tools established by the company to guarantee efficient management and timely access to information. You will maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and privacy of company information, as well as compliance with established regulations, processes, and procedures. You will manage and administer technological platforms used in processes. You will have knowledge in data analysis and report generation for decision-making. You will be familiar with information and communication technologies (ICT). You will use artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, others). You will build automated flows in Make, N8N, or another provider. You will understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and their monitoring. You will provide technical support to internal users. You will have excellent communication skills in English. You will attend to software, hardware, and connectivity requirements. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. You will verify the status and operation of technological equipment. You will perform other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor and inherent to the position.
