Senior Principal Consultant, Salesforce Lightning Developer. Job Type: Full Time. Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Onsite). Compensation: $110,000 with full benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies. Responsibilities * The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Platform. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Qualifications we seek in you. Minimum Qualifications * BE/B Tech/MCA. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications/Skills * Experience in Salesforce platform with hands-on knowledge. * Good hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, preferably Salesforce Lightning in the financial industry. * Good hands-on knowledge of APEX, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. * Deploying rapid prototyping to quickly envision challenges and credibly propose solutions to complex problems. * Basic knowledge integrating Salesforce with 3rd party vendors and API integration to RESTful services. * Strong skills in programming, reports, dashboards, and workflows. * Good knowledge of databases, including SQL and SOQL. * Knowledge of DevOps best practices (version control, CI/CD tools, Salesforce DX, etc.) and ability to set up a fully functional CI/CD pipeline with GIT and SFDX. * Knowledge of the full development life cycle, including Agile methodologies. * Good knowledge of Apex test classes and scripts with clean, flexible, and maintainable Apex code. * Good to have knowledge of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. * Strong written and verbal communication.
